Technical-economic feasibility study

formules supported the launch of Gres Art 671, a project promoted by Fondazione Pesenti ETS and developed by Italmobiliare, inaugurated in the year of Bergamo Brescia Italian Capital of Culture 2023. Gres Art 671 was conceived with the ambition of transforming the Ex Gres Area into a dynamic and multifunctional space dedicated to art, culture, sport, wellbeing, and entertainment, establishing itself as a landmark for the community and the broader territory.

Gres Hub

The initiative is part of Gres Hub, a new district under development spanning over 60,000 sqm, which aims to become a hub for work, research, and hospitality, fostering an innovative vision of the relationship between city centers and their outskirts. Within this framework, formules collaborated with Fondazione Pesenti in carrying out a technical-economic feasibility study to assess the sustainability and potential impact of the proposed offering. Furthermore, Formules contributed to the definition of the ideal programming for the start-up phase, laying solid foundations for the project’s successful development and long-term growth.
