Our history

formules is a consulting and production company working in the fields of Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI), Placemaking, Web3 and the Metaverses, combining sound strategic-managerial competences with extensive vertical knowledge in the different fields of the cultural and creative industries.

Founded in 2021 by two friends, united by their love of art, culture, animals and collecting: Guido Guerzoni, an expert in economics and management of cultural institutions and creative enterprises and professor of Museum Management at Bocconi University, and Eliano Lodesani, who has held senior roles in the national and international banking sector after gaining significant experience in numismatics, art and antiques.

Strengthened by this specialisation, formules valorises cultural projects, historical-artistic heritage and entrepreneurial activities, through the contamination of different disciplines, a data-centric approach and the search for sustainable and innovative management models and operational solutions.
