Our history

formules is a research, consulting and production company operating within the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI), blending strategic and managerial expertise with sector-specific knowledge.

formules was founded in 2021 by two friends with a shared interest in art, culture, and collecting: Guido Guerzoni, an expert in economics and management of cultural institutions and creative enterprises and professor of Heritage, Museums, and Digital Cultures at Bocconi University, and Eliano Lodesani, who has held senior positions in the national and international banking sector after gaining significant experience in numismatics and antiques.

formules combines sound strategic-managerial competences with extensive vertical knowledge in the different fields of the cultural and creative industries.

Strengthened by this specialisation, formules valorises cultural projects, historical-artistic heritage and entrepreneurial activities, through the contamination of different disciplines, a data-centric approach and the search for sustainable and innovative management models and operational solutions. A modus operandi that allows to maximise the economic and social impact of each initiative for the stakeholders, the communities and the territories involved, and to add value to the quality of our clients' artistic and cultural offerings.
