The business plan

The work began with an extensive benchmark analysis of the main sector players – from international institutions to museums of science, agriculture, food & beverage, and entertainment – as a preliminary step to drafting the technical and economic feasibility plan. The plan addressed multiple strategic areas in an integrated way: defining opening hours for spaces and services; developing policies on pricing, free access, discounts, booking, and ticketing; shaping the public program and communication strategies. It also included audience segmentation and flow estimation, the design of the visitor experience, and the analysis of weekly and seasonal dynamics, with particular attention to managing peak periods and crowd flow. Finally, the plan covered the definition of the organizational structure, the identification of the required professional profiles, and the projection of costs and revenues.
