The research
Within the framework of the contract with the Central Institute for the Digitisation of Cultural Heritage - Digital Library of the Ministry of Culture, formules drafted the research 'Forms of cultural heritage valorisation: business models for the digitisation of public cultural heritage', and contributed to the definition of the digital strategy for the National Cultural Heritage Digitisation Plan (PND), in two successive phases:
Phase 1
Analysis of the strategic positioning of the Administration based on the initial version of the PND and definition of the Vision & Mission for the purpose of designing the Strategy for the implementation of the Plan.
Phase 2
Refinement of the Plan through the design of the digital strategy related to the following areas: Digital Library integrated access platform; Co-creation and crowdsourcing platform; Digital business services platform; Digital business end-to-end visitor experience.
